Abstract

The purpose of this research is to improve the result of student’sBiology VII SMP N 2 Reteh Indragiri Hilirinacademic years2017-2018 with the application of Guided Inquiry learning was takedon March26th2018 until may 4th 2018 with22studentsconsist of 14 male students and 8 female students. This research is Classroom Action Research (PTK). Parameters measured are the results of student learning in the form of absorption and mastery of student learning consisting of individual and classical mastery. Data analysis was done descriptively to know the absorption value of KDP (Kogniti) and KI (Psychomotoric) value. Absorption value of KDP students before 71,22% PTK increased in 78,54% I cycle and in cycle II increased again to 83,46%. the classical completeness of KDP value before PTK54,54% increased in cycle I 72,72% and in cycle II increased again to100%. Absorption of student KI score before PTK63,63% increased in cycle I67,19% and in cycle II increased again to 85%. The classical completeness of the students' KI score before the54,54% PTK increased in cycle I 81,82% and in cycle II increased again to100%. it can be concluded that the implementation of Inquiry learning Guided can improve student learning outcomes class VII SMP N 2 Reteh Indragiri Hilir Year Teaching 2017-2018 B
