Abstract
Homosexuality can be defined as a disorder of sexual orientation which is characterized by the emergence of liking for other people who have the same type or gender identity. In the current expansion, advances in technology and information, especially online media, encourage the openness of a group about identity and sexual orientation deviations that are owned by the environment. One of the online media used by homosexuals is the Blued application. The theory that researchers use in this study is the theory of Cyber Community and Sigmund Freud's theory. Research done by using qualitative methods with descriptive research type. The sources and types of data in this study are primary data obtained from field studies by conducting interviews with 4 Homosexual Perpetrators and Criminology Academics. Secondary data obtained from literature study. The data obtained is then processed and then analyzed and presented in a narrative manner. Based on the data obtained, a more accurate final conclusion can be drawn. Based on research and analysis, it can be concluded that homosexual deviation is a violation of the norms prevailing in society and creates an attempt to commit deviant behavior. Before developing as it is now, the homosexual community has not dared to appear in society because of the pressure that arises and the risks that will be accepted. But nowadays, homosexuals have started to dare to reveal their identity in society. Homosexuals really take advantage of online media that are easy for each other to use. One of the online media applications that are loved by homosexuals is the blued application. Blued app is currently the largest gay or gay app in the world. Launched in 2012, this free app now counts 40 million users.
