Abstract

The research objective is to find out and analyze the performance of employees in the Field of Investment Promotion. Knowing the factors inhibiting employee performance in the Field of Investment Promotion Office of Investment and Integrated Services One Door Pelalawan Regency. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative with population and the sample includes the Head of Division, Section Head, and Staff / Employees. For the Head of Service, the writer makes it as key information. The sampling technique is saturated sampling. The data collection techniques used were questionnaire, interview, observation, and documentation. All data that has been obtained through research tools is collected, then grouped and processed quantitatively. Then the data is presented and explained and analyzed descriptively then conclusions are drawn from the results of the discussion. Based on the results of the research and discussion previously presented, it can be concluded that the Performance of Employees in the Field of Investment Promotion of the Office of Investment and Integrated Services One Door of Pelalawan Regency can be said to be good. Where as a whole employees already have an understanding of the duties and functions, innovating in the promotion of investment by using online media, speed of work in completing all the tasks that are a burden, accuracy of work performed precisely and quickly, and in carrying out their work has formed work the same between lines. While barriers faced by achieving employee performance include the following: 1. Supporting infrastructure, and 2. Employees who are less responsive.
