Abstract

This research aims to know the execution of administrative services in the village of Padang Paddy Subdistrict of Kampar Kampar Regency, where Left Implementation Pelayannan Dministratif measured by 6 indicators, namely: Procedure of service, time of completion, The cost of services, products and infrastructure service, the competence of employees. Formulation of research problem this is how the implementation of administrative services in the village of padang paddy subdistrict of kampar kampar Regency left? Type of this research is to use a descriptive type which is done by way of a survey. The location of this research is the Office of the village Pasture fields, the population of this research is the village chief, Sekdes Kaur, 50, the society folks. Types of data used the primary data was collected through a detailed questionnaire and interview process as well as using data like skunder documentation. The results of this research concludes that overall the implementation of administrative services in the village of Padang Paddy Subdistrict of Kampar Kampar Regency, are Left in the category of "Reasonably Concluded". As for the obstacles faced, namely the lack of socialization is done, resolution time less obvious, less obvious services Costs, lack of knowledge about the product service, Means that less well, and the ability of the device less village satisfactory.
