Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze how the Role of Civil Service Agency and Regional Human Resource Development (BKPSDMD) in the Implementation of Employee Placement in Siak District and also to know what barriers that affect and become an obstacle in the Role of Regional Human Resources Development and Human Resources Agency (BKPSDMD) in the Implementation of Employee Placement in Siak Regency. Indicators used include Education, Work Knowledge, Work Skills, and Work Experience. This type of research located in Siak District is a descriptive research method with quantitative analysis. As for the samples in this study amounted to 20 people. Data collection uses observation techniques, questionnaire techniques, interview techniques, and documentation. The results of the study "The role of the Regional Personnel and Human Resource Development Agency (BKPSDMD) in the Implementation of Employee Placement in Siak District" was sufficiently implemented. The inhibiting factors are not all employees in the position in the appropriate position with their educational background, because the existing vacancies must be immediately covered and also because there are still many employees who do not understand the task in their field and are less experienced in their field.
