Abstract

This research was conducted in Singingi District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this research is to find out how the role of the Industrial and Trade Cooperative Office in empowering human resources (HR) is the Village Unit Cooperative management by providing some training and also to find out what are the barriers of the Office of Cooperatives and SMEs in empowering the management of the Village Unit Cooperatives.. In line with this research, the research population is the management of the Village Unit Cooperatives in Singingi District, Kuantan Singingi Regency and Kabid. Kopersi at the Office of Industrial and SME Cooperatives. The sampling technique that researchers use is Purposive Sampling and Census. Types and data collection techniques consist of data collected using questionnaires and interviews and secondary data through observation and documentation. Meanwhile, the theory that the researchers used is Training as one of the main functions of this study. Because this empowerment itself carries out an activity that is training, with these trainings it will later be able to help the Village Unit Cooperative managers be more skilled and educated so as to produce progress for the KUD. With indicators namely Information Collection, Program Development, and Evaluation. After this research has been analyzed using quantitative and qualitative methods the research shows the Role of the Department of Industrial and Trade Cooperatives in Empowering Village Unit Cooperative Management in Singingi District, Kuantan Singing Regency, "Enough to Play".
