Abstract

This research was carried out at the office of the technical implementation unit of the district of Mandau. The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of land and building tax services at the office of the technical implementation unit of the Mandau income and to find out what obstacles are faced by the office staff of the technica implementation unit of the revenue of the Mandau in providing excellent service to taxpayers. The population in this office of the technical implementation sub district of Mandau, the head of the coordinator of land and building tav and the taxpayer. Indicator in this research are : Reliabilty, Responsiveness, Confidence, Empaty (Emphaty), Tangible (Tengibles). Look at the population, the technique of sampling is using incidental sampling techniques. The method of this technique is determine the sample based on coincidence. That is, anyone who accidentally meets with the researcher if it is seen by the person being met as a data source. In data collection, using primary data and secondary data conducted by observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation, sources of information is the head of the office of the technical implementation unit of the sub district of Mandau, and the chief coordinator of the buiding tax department in the district of Mandau. So, the data is analysed quantitatively and this writing is descriptive. From the data processing carried out, it can implementation of land tax and building services in the Mandau sub district of Bengkalis. Regency is in ood value. It is quite good for the implementation of land and building tax serces at the office of the technical implementation unit of the revenue of the Mandau sub district of Bengkalis. Regency that cannot be separated from the role of the taxpayers well and so that taxpayer have no camplaints about service again and can improve.
