Abstract

The research conducted by this researchers aims to analyze, describe the Implementation of Bureaucratic Reform in Driving License Services in Pekanbaru Police District (Case Studi of Mobile Driving License). To analyze the problem, the researcher uses Sedarmayanti Theory with assessment indicators consisting of efficiency, effevtiveness and akuntability. The type of research used can be included in the descriptive survey type, which is to explain or describe the actual or factual conditions in the field relating to the reform. Bureaucratic in the extension of Driving License Services in Pekanbaru Police (Case Study Mobile Driving License) with quantitative type. The sample determined from these two population groups is 4 people for mobile SIM staff, and 100 people for community users of moble SIM services. Two sampling techniques are used in determining individuals, namely census sampling techniques for employees and accidental sampling techniques for community groups. Data collection techniques used are primary data with questionnaire list techniques and secondary data with observation techniques. While the data analysis techniques uses frequency tables. Based on these frequency tables, the researcher concludes that the implementation of bureaucratic reform in the service of extending a driving license in the Pekanbaru police ( Case Study Mobile Driving License) is in the assessment quite done.
