Abstract

The problem related to employment in the city of Pekanbaru is the wage problem associated with the application of the Minimum Wage in accordance with the Decree of the Governor No. 1058 / XI / 2016 About the Regency / City Minimum Wage in Riau Province as a standard regulation for Employee Salary stipulations in this case Transmetro Employees in Pekanbaru City. Pekanbaru Manpower Office is an element of determining the Minimum Wage for each company, while the implementation of the Minimum Wage in Pekanbaru City through Communication, Resources, Disposition, and Bureaucratic Structure. The purpose of this study was to determine the Implementation of Governor's Decree Number 1058 / XI / 2016 About Regency / City Minimum Wages in Riau Province Against the Salary of Employees of the Transmetro Bus in Pekanbaru and to know the obstacles to the Implementation of Governor's Decree Number 1058 / XI / 2016 About Regency / City Minimum Wages in Provinces Riau Against Salary Employees of Pekanbaru Transmetro Bus. The research method used is a quantitative combination of qualitative methods. The results of the Governor Implementation Decree Number 1058 / XI / 2016 concerning Regency / City Minimum Wages in Riau Province Against the Salary of Employees of the Transmetro Bus in Pekanbaru through four indicators are in the words " Implemented". This is where it is known that the application of the employees of the Pekanbaru Transmetro Kota employee salary has not been in accordance with the stipulated regulations. cooperation carried out on countermeasures will be the determination of employee salaries in accordance with the Pekanbaru City Minimum Wage. However, the authors suggest the Department of Labor to supervise the determination of the Minimum Wage for the Employee Salary of the Pekanbaru Transmetro Pekanbaru employee, conduct cooperation with employees if there is a salary received under the minimum wage standard
