Abstract
This study aims to find out and measure about how the Implementation of Civil Service Unit Supervision (SATPOL PP) in Regional Regulation No. 2 of 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transport (Case Study of Sidewalk of HR Subrantas Street, Pekanbaru City) and also to find out what are the inhibiting factors that can influence the implementation of sidewalk supervision HR Subrantas Street, Pekanbaru City. The indicators used include Setting Standards, Conducting Assessments, and also Conducting Corrective Actions. The method research that use in this research is quantitative research method with descriptive analysis in order to test the hypothesis that has been set. There are two key informants and two population groups and samples in this study, namely 1 Head Sector of Road Engineering and Road Infrastructure, 1 Head of Road Operations and Order Section, 370 people Satpol PP Pekanbaru City population members taken 25 people as samples and 100 people the population of street vendors (PKL) taken 50 people as a sample. In this study, researchers collected data through interviews, questionnaires, direct observation in the field and documentation. The results of the study conducted by researchers with variable indicators setting standards , carry out assessment and take corrective actions, are in the category quite done.
