Abstract
This study examines the Evaluation of Service Evaluation of Land Certificates after the Expansion of Madani Urban Village in Reteh District of Indragiri Hilir Regency. This study aims to determine the Evaluation of Land Certificate Services after the Expansion of Madani Urban Village in Reteh District of Indragiri Hilir Regency. This type of research, which is located in the Madani Urban Village, Reteh Subdistrict of Indragiri Hilir Regency is descriptive with qualitative methods, namely research that seeks to describe the object or subject under study as it is, and explains the variables and indicators. The results of the research regarding the Evaluation of Land Certificate Services after the Expansion of Madani Urban Village in Reteh Subdistrict of Indragiri Hilir Regency were analyzed through four indicators. First, it is known that the effectiveness of both the accuracy of the service process and the punctuality of the Madani Urban Village Government is doing well even though there are some things that are still obstacles in the service process. Second, efficiency is that the suitability of human resources in providing land certificate services is in accordance with the portion without applying any cost standards in the service. Third, Responsiveness that the land certificate service is carried out in accordance with the needs of the community with an easy service system even though there is no service flow or chart that can be known by the community. Fourth, the accuracy of the purpose of the implementation of the land certificate service is in accordance with what is needed by the community and the community feels the results of the service, one of which is obtaining legal certainty for the land they own.
