Abstract
This study aims to find out and analyze the results of the 2020 Village Fund Management Evaluation in Suka Damai Village, Ujungbatu District, Rokan Hulu Regency and to find out and analyze the obstacles or obstacles experienced in analyzing the results of the 2020 Village Fund Management Evaluation in Suka Damai Village, Ujungbatu District, Rokan Regency. upstream . This research is in the form of field research by means of a descriptive survey processed by quantitative interviews, considering that the number of population is not too much, so the researcher tries to find the source of the population from the respondents. Based on the respondents described in the study, the researchers obtained data from the results of formulating questionnaires, observations and open-ended interviews and in-depth interviews to obtain more accurate information. To analyze the data, in this case the data that has been collected is grouped according to each type of data and then presented in the form of an interview narration of processed data on a Likert scale. Furthermore, the data that has been presented in the form of descriptions then interviews in the form of interview narration, and the observations are analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively in the form of descriptive which is described in the form of descriptions that occur in the field, namely, from the results of the discussions that have been carried out, the author concludes of 6 indicators, namely effectiveness, efficiency, equity, adequacy, accuracy, and responsiveness regarding the 2020 Village Fund Management Evaluation in Suka Damai Village, Ujungbatu District, Rokan Hulu Regency is considered quite good. So there is still a need for better internal performance improvements.
