Abstract

Evaluation of Licensing for Swallow's Nest Breeding in Siak Regency (Case Study in Tualang District ) Yesi Ferwita Sari This study aims to carry out and describe the implementation of Siak Regency Regional Regulation Number 18 of 2018 concerning Management and Exploitation Permits for Swallow Breeding and inhibiting indicators in the implementation of Siak Regency Regional Regulation Number 18 of 2018 concerning Management and Exploitation Permits for Swallow Breeding. This type of research uses qualitative methods with procedures that produce descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observed behavior. The subjects of this research are the Section II of the Spatial Utilization Permit & Non-Permit, the Section Head for Security and Order of Tualang District, entrepreneurs who have swallow nest permits, entrepreneurs who do not have swallow nest permits and swallow bird nest captive communities. Techniques to study the data used in determining key informants and informants are interview, observation and documentation techniques. Types and techniques of data used consisted of primary data collected through interviews and research results as well as secondary data collected using reports, notes, and documents. Based on this pilgrimage technique, the researcher examined and concluded that the evaluation of swallow's nest breeding business in Tualang sub-district was not good.
