Abstract
The purpose of this working paper is to find out the process of employee work discipline in PT Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Pekanbaru in order to find out how to implement good work discipline in accordance with existing regulations. Originated from the author’s interest to raise this title because of the curiosity of the autor towards employee work discipline at PT Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Pekanbaru. As long as the author carries out field work practices (PKL) the author sees that the process is going well, it is because PT Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP employees kpp pekanbaru follow and implement existing regulations. Employee work discipline at PT Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Pekanbaru is in accordance with indicators of work discipline, namely attendance, Obedience to work rules, Adherence to work standars, High level of Vigilance, Ethical work. The results of the analysist show that PT Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Pekanbaru is verry good in work discipline and can maintain its performance.
