Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of Go Food service among students of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Business Administration Study Program. This research will be conducted at the Riau Islamic University Faculty of Social and Political Sciences Business Administration Study Program with the reason that the average student has or frequently ordered Go Food. The type of research used in this study is the type of survey method with a sample of 80 students of Business Administration Class 2018. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire that had been designed in accordance with the established indicators. The results showed that the efficiency indicator got a good score meaning as much as 80% said that the quality of Go Food service in terms of efficiency had been implemented well the reliability indicator was also categorized well, meaning as much as 62.25% of respondents answered that the quality of Go Food service in terms of reliability or its reliability has been implemented well. Furthermore, the fulfillment indicator with the category is quite good, meaning that it is necessary to improve services in terms of meeting the needs in this case by 53.25% saying that they are quite good in terms of fulfillment. Then in terms of privacy get quite good category, meaning as much as 47.5% said that the quality of the Go Food service in terms of privacy is still quite good. Based on the categories specified above, it can be concluded that the quality of Go Food services has good quality with a percentage of 75.53%.
