Abstract
This research was conducted to determinan the quality of service in using freight forwarding service at PT. JNE Pekanbaru. This study explains that services quality variabeles are variables that affect customer satisfaction. The type research that the author uses is descriptive which describes the object under study by colleting data, analyzing so that results are obtained according to the research using quantitative methods. The sampling technique used is incidental sampling population and sample in the study are consumers who use freight forwarding services 2018 as many 41 consumers. Data collection is done by interview, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis techniques. From the results of the study indicate that services quality at PT. JNE Pekanbaru is determined by five indicators namely: intagibles, reliability, responsiveness, asurance, emphaty can be said to good whith a recapitulation of 30% and is the good category.
