Abstract
Pedagogic competence is one type of competence that is collected which needs to be mastered by a teacher. Basically pedagogic competence is the teacher's ability to manage student learning. Problem in this study are 1) how are pedagogical competencies seen by teachers from indicators of student understanding, 2 ) What are the competencies pedagogic teacher seen from indicators of learning implementation, 3) How teacher competency can be seen from outcome evaluation indicators study, 4 ) How are teacher competencies seen from indicators development of students. This research is for 1) to describe, analyze, and interpret teacher competencies in terms of indicators of understanding of students, 2) for describe, analyze, and interpret teacher competencies in terms of implementation indicators, students, 3) for describe, analyze, and interpret competencies teacher pedagogics which are reviewed from the evaluation indicators of student learning outcomes, and 4) to describe, analyze, and interpret teacher's pedagogical competencies in terms of participant development indicators students to actualize the various potentials they have. The research suggestion used by the author is quantitative, the type of research is a field, descriptive research method. The results of the study are 1 ) competence teacher pedagogics based on students' understanding is obtained 66.15 with sufficient categories. Thus the author's hypothesis is categorized sufficient, proven and acceptable, 2) teacher based pedagogical competence learning is obtained 85.34 in the good category. With thus the author's hypothesis is good, not proven or rejected, 3) Teacher's pedagogic competence based on evaluation of learning outcomes is obtained 70 with enough category. Thus the author's hypothesis is quite proven and accepted, 4) teacher pedagogical competence based on student development Obtained 58.84 with sufficient categories. Thus the author's hypothesis Thank you for being proven and acceptable, (5) based on the results of four the indicator above, obtained a value with an average of 70.08, namely by category enough. Thus the author's hypothesis is sufficient, proven and acceptable.
