Abstract

Academic alloy books are used as guidelines and instructions for students in obtaining information relating to activities academic, so that students can take advantage of all the opportunities available to maximize the academic process. However, in the guidebook This academic language error is still in the syntactic level specifically the phrase and sentence fields. The problems in this study are (1) How do errors speak the syntactic level of the phrase fields in the book faculty guide for teacher training and education in the Islamic University of Riau year 2018/2019 ?, (2) How do errors speak the syntactic level sentence fields in the faculty and science faculty academic guidebook education of Riau Islamic University in 2018/2019 ?. The purpose of this study are (1) Describe, analyze, interpret, and concludes the error in the syntactic level of the phrase field in the book Faculty of Teacher Training Academic Guide and Educational Sciences at the Islamic University of Riau Year 2018/2019, (2) Describe, analyze, interpret, and concludes the error of speaking in the syntactic level of the sentence field in the book Faculty of Teacher Training Academic Guide and Educational Sciences at the Islamic University of Riau Year 2018/2019. The theory used in this research is theory Setyawati (2010). The method used is Content Analysis namely in the form of a description to be analyzed. The approach used in this research is qualitative. The type of research used is research literature review. Error analysis in the syntactic level of the inner phrase field Teacher Training and University Education Academic guidebook Islam Riau in 2018/2019 there are 3 errors, namely the influence of language regions and excessive or redundant use of elements. Error analysis speak the syntactic level of the sentence field in the academic guidebook Teacher Training and Education Faculty of Islamic University of Riau in 2018/2019 there are 6 errors, namely the sentence is not subject, the sentence is not predicated, sentence not subject and not predicate (stump sentence), between predicates and inserted objects, illogical sentences, and the use of foreign terms.
