Abstract

Pekanbaru. Perception of School Indonesian Teachers Middle Upper District of Bukit Raya Kota Pekanbaru Against Textbooks Indonesian Language 2013 Curriculum Class XI Issued by Ministry of Education and Culture 2017 Perception is one's view of objects, events, or relationships observed through the sensory devices. The author found different perceptions between teachers and textbooks, there are teachers who have difficulty understanding material and there are teachers who assess the language is more suitable and easy to understand after the book is revised. This study aims to analyze teacher perceptions of the quality and fundamentals of compiling the 2017 text book published by Kemendikbud class XI at SMA Bukit Raya City Pekanbaru District. The study population is a language teacher Indonesia is in class XI of YLPI High School, 14th High School, PGRI High School, and High School Plus. The Riau Prov in total there were 7 teachers and the sample used was a sample total. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Referring to the theory put forward by Tarigan (2009) and Slameto (2015). Technique research is observation and questionnaire techniques. From the data analyzed by the author get results with an average answer from respondent 1 with a value of 157 percent (78.5%), respondent 2 with a value of 168 percent (84%), respondent 3 with a value of 139 percentage (69.5%), respondent 4 with a value of 173 percent (86.5%), respondent 5 with a value of 144 percent (72%), respondents 6 with a value of 169 percent (84.5%), respondents 7 with a value of 146 percent (73%). From the interpretation of the data the author describes overall respondent's answers with "good" results (78%). So you can categorized the answers obtained from respondents about the perception of language teachers Indonesia Upper Middle School Bukit Raya City Pekanbaru District Against Indonesian Language Textbooks Curriculum 2013 The publication of the Ministry of Education and Culture 2017 is categorized good (61-80) the hypothesis of this study is acceptable.
