Abstract

Teaching Indonesian, in addition to teachers and students the factor of Indonesian textbooks is also very important, because in the world of education books are part of the continuity of education. With books, the implementation of education can be more smooth. Professional teachers will not only use textbooks to achieve a teaching and learning process. The teacher also has a perception of whether the material is suitable, whether the method is suitable, whether it supports and whether the media is relevant. The author sees that there are still shortcomings in the Indonesian language textbook published by Kemendikbud 2016. The problems in this study are (1) What is the perception of Indonesian language teachers on the basics of compiling the 2013 Class X Curriculum text published by the Ministry of Education and Culture in 2016 and (2) How do language teachers perceive Indonesia towards the quality of textbooks 2013 Curriculum Class X published by the Ministry of Education and Culture 2016. This study aims tocollect, analyze, interpret the perceptions of Indonesian high school teachers in the sub-district of Peranap Indragiri Hulu Regency on the 2013 Indonesian curriculum text book published by the Ministry of Education and Culture 2016. The population in this study was teachers of SMAN 1, SMAN 2, MA Miftahul Jannah and STATE 1 STATE VOCATIONAL SCHOOL, which in total number 5 teachers and samples used by the authors in this study are full samples, namely the entire population of 5. The method used in this study is descriptive method , kind of field research with a quantitative approach. To collect the author's data using observation techniques, documentation techniques and questionnaire techniques, then distributing questionnaires to respondents and then the data is analyzed. The results of the study concluded that (1) the basics of the preparation of the highest answer textbook were good (B) 22 respondents with a value of 66 percent (73.4%), (2) the quality of the textbook the highest answer was good (B) 39 respondents with grades 117 percent (70%). Thus the perception of Indonesian SLTA teachers throughout the Peranap Subdistrict of Indragiri Hulu District towards the 2013 class X Indonesian curriculum textbook published by the Ministry of Education and Culture2016 From the overall results it was found that respondents answered better with 61 respondents with a value of 183 percent (71.7%). categorized well (66-78), the hypothesis can be accepted.
