Abstract
Abstract Communication Patterns of Classic Motorcycle Organizations In the Community Care Program (Study: in Kuantan Singingi Regency) Windi Aridayanti (149110018) This study intends to find out about the KCB Classic Motorcycle Community Organization (City Line Classic Bikers). An organization can be formed because it has the same vision, mission and goals. The KCB Motorcycle Organization is a place for classic motorbike lovers. The exchange of messages occurs within the organization, and the exchange of messages is carried out through communication patterns. The purpose of this study is to determine the Communication Patterns of Classic Motor Organizations in the Community Care Program, the purpose of this study is to find out and describe the Pattern of Communication, Organizational Communication, and Program Activities related to community care. The research uses a qualitative approach and to obtain data this research is done through field research. By using observation, interview and documentation data collection techniques it is known that the Communication Pattern of the Classic Motor Organization in the Community Care Program is a star pattern, namely the pattern of organizational communication that exists in the classic motor organization KCB (Kota Classic Bikers lane) is the Star Communication pattern, which all members of the KCB Organization (City Line Classic Bikers) can communicate with all other members of the organization. In the star pattern all channels are not centered on one leader. This means that in the KCB Organization all the same, there are no restrictions in conveying messages. In the classic motor organization KCB applies the pattern of communication but remains in the ethics of politeness.
