Abstract
Evaluation is a process that determines the conditions in which a goal can be achieved. Evaluation relationship with the purpose of an activity measure degrees, where a goal can be achieved. This is what makes it The author is interested in conducting research on the Rule Analysis of the Question Points Odd Semester Indonesian Language Class X Test for PGRI Vocational High School Pekanbaru Academic Year 2018/2019. The problem in this study is how the rules of the material aspects, rules of construction aspects and rules of aspects of language writing Rule Analysis Odd Semester Exam Test Questions Indonesian Language Class X SMK PGRI Pekanbaru Academic Year 2018/2019? The data source of this study is the Odd Semester Exam Exam Problem Indonesian Language Class X SMK PGRI Pekanbaru Academic Year 2018/2019 which is there are 50 items. The approach used is the approach Quantitative while the method used is descriptive method. In analyze the author's data using several relevant theories, namely Kunandar 2013, Arikunto 2012, Daryanto 2012, Nurgiyantoro 2012 and sukardi 2011, Tinambunan 2017, and Nazirun 2015. The results of this study were reviewed from the rules for writing aspects of the material questions refer to the rules writing questions in accordance with predetermined rules. Writing rules the aspect of question construction has been referring to the rules of writing questions. Rule writing aspects of the question language already refers to the rules of writing questions. However, there are still some questions that are not in accordance with the rules has been determined. The conclusion of this study is the method of writing aspects the question material which refers to the rules of writing as many as 46 items or (92%). Questions that are not in accordance with the rules of writing the material aspects of the question predetermined 4 items or (8%). From the percentage can be known that the rules for writing material aspects of the question are categorized very well (86-95), then hypothesis rejected. In the principle of the construction aspect the question refers to the rules question writing as many as 39 items or (78%). Questions that have not been matched the rules for writing the problem construction aspects that have been determined are 11 items or (22%). From these percentages it can be seen that the writing rules aspects of problem construction are good category (76-85), then the hypothesis is rejected. Rule aspects of the language of questions have referred to the rules of writing questions as much as 49 or (98%). However, there are still a number of questions that have not been matched the rule is 1 item or (2%). From this percentage can it is known that the rules for writing aspects of language are categorized as perfect (96100), then hypothesis rejected.
