Abstract

Evaluation is part of teaching and learning activities that are very important and cannot be separated from the learning process. Evaluation is a series of activities in improving the quality, performance, or productivity of an institution in carrying out its program. Evaluation can be done using a test kit. The test used in the semester exam is multiple choice. This makes the authors interested in analyzing the Odd Grade Semester Indonesian Language Exam Exam Questions in Pangkalan Lesung 1 Public High School, Pangkalan Lesung District, Pelalawan District, Academic Year 2018/2019. The problem in this study is how to write material, construction, and language. Odd Grade Semester Exam Questions for Indonesian Class X Pangkalan Lesung 1 Public High School, Pangkalan Lesung District, Pelalawan District, Academic Year 2018/2019? The purpose of this study was to describe, analyze, and interpret the material, construction, and writing language Odd Semester Exam Questions for Class X Indonesian Language Subjects at Pangkalan Lesung 1 Public High School, Pangkalan Lesung District, Pelalawan District, Academic Year 2018/2019. The sample of this study is all the questions which amount to 40 multiple choice forms. The theory that I use refers to various relevant theories such as the Ministry of National Education in Kunandar, Nurgiyantoro, Nana Sudjana, and others. The method used is descriptive, the type of research used is library research and quantitative approaches. The results of the study concluded that the writing of the Odd Grade Semester Indonesian Subject Exam Test Questions in Pangkalan Lesung 1 Public High School, Pangkalan Lesung Subdistrict, Pelalawan District, Academic Year 2018/2019 in terms of the material aspects of the questions had been very good. But there are still some questions that do not fit the criteria. Writing aspects of good questions as many as 36 questions, and those that are not as good as 4 items, it can be seen that the writing of the question material is very good (86-94), then the hypothesis is rejected. Writing the construction aspects of good questions as many as 28 questions, and not good as many as 12 questions, it can be seen that the writing of the construction of the problem is sufficient (66-75), then the hypothesis is rejected. Writing aspects of the language of good questions as many as 33 questions, and those that are not as good as 7 questions, it can be seen that writing the language of the problem is good (76-85), then the hypothesis is accepted.
