Abstract

In order to evaluate any local regulation, the object could be anything, including to regulation and founding about the street vendors.this research aims to explain the result of evaluation to Pekanbaru Local Regulation specifically no.11 year of 2001 with Bundaran Tugu Keris as the main research object. Regarding to this research process, the evaluation stands on the comparison among the standards and facts or reality, then accumulated in the form of analysis. In the light of the Local Regulation as the variable, at least there are five indicators, they are Place of Effectiveness, Adequacy, Equity, Responsiveness, Accuracy. Quantitative is this own research method which using survey method, interview, observation, also documentation. Based on this research, the research object consist of several respondents who had given the questionnaires. They are classified as Street Vendors, apparatuses of Department of Industry and Commerce Pekanbaru City, Pamong Praja (Civil Service). This research found the assessment about the evaluations regarding to the context is remained”average” based on the indicators and the sub-indicators.
