Abstract
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Lahang Tengah Village, Gaung District, Indragiri Hilir Regency. This research used a qualitative descriptive research method. The theory used in this research is by using William N. Dunn's policy evaluation. The indicators in this study are effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, accuracy, responsiveness, and similarity. This research was conducted in Lahang Tengah Village, Gaung District, Indragiri Hilir Regency. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation. The technique of determining informants is carried out using purposive sampling, namely the method of determining the informants deliberately based on certain criteria or considerations, namely by involving certain people. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Lahang Tengah Village, Gaung District, Indragiri Hilir Regency has not been implemented according to government regulations, this is due to several factors both internal and external factors such as the lack of honesty of PKH participants in providing data to the government, lack of human resources, lack of cooperation and lack of public access to information.
