Abstract

The Village Government is given authority in the implementation of development in Village based on the interests of the Village community. The implementation of the tasks of the Head of Rantau Panjang Left of Kubu Babussalam Subdistrict, Rokan Hilir Regency in the physical development of the Village includes the construction of the Shoulder Shoulder, the construction of a Box Curver and the construction of a Semenisasi. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the Head of Duties in the Implementation of Physical Development in the Rantau Panjang District of Kubu Babussalam Rokan Hilir District and to know the obstacles in carrying out the Head of Duties in Organizing Physical Development in the Management of Rantau Panjang in the Left of Kubu Babussalam District, Rokan Hilir District. This research is a study quantitative. The results of the study in the Task of the Headmaster in Organizing Physical Development in Rantau Panjang Village of Kubu Babussalam Subdistrict, Rokan Hilirm Regency through three indicators are in the category of Good Enough. But the authors suggest to the Village to carry out their duties properly in the activities and determination of Physical development, as well as establishing cooperation with the Village apparatus in the physical development of the Village, and Cooperating with Communities in order that physical development activities are targeted and useful for the progress of the Village.
