Abstract
The Kampung KB program in Pekanbaru City, especially in its implementation, has not run properly. This can be seen from the fact that this program has not been implemented in several sub-districts that have been launched and only one sub-district that has just implemented this program, namely Pesisir sub-district, Lima Puluh district. Based on this, the realization really needs coordination, both coordination between units within the organization and with related agencies or parties so that it has an impact on the number of members of Kampung KB who participate in this program. The purpose of this study is to analyze and explain the implementation of the village family planning program in forming a prosperous family in Pekanbaru City in 2019 (Study in Rumbai Pesisir District) and its inhibiting factors. The research method used is a qualitative method with data collection through interviews, observation and documentation. The informants in this study were the Head of the Population Control and Family Planning Office of Pekanbaru City, the KB and KS Control Division of the Pekanbaru City Population and Family Planning Control Office, the Field Manager of Pekanbaru City KB Village, the General Chairperson of the KB Village, Meranti Pandak Village, Rumbai Pesisir District, Village Health Workers Meranti Pandak, Rumbai Pesisir District as many as 3 people and the Community of KB Village, Meranti Pandak Village, Rumbai Pesisir District, Pekanbaru City / Fertile Age Couples (PUS) as many as 5 people. The results of the study were the implementation of the Village Family Planning Program in Forming a Prosperous Family in Pekanbaru City in 2019 (Study in Rumbai Pesisir District) in the ineffective category. This is indicated by not all communities, especially Meranti Pandak Village, Rumbai Pesisir District, who do not play an active role in the implementation of the village family disaster program.
