This study uses descriptive qualitative methods, namely research that presents facts in the field through oral and written words and observable behavior from the people studied. Outsourcing practices involve three components, namely the main company, outsourcing company, and outsourcing labor. Discrimination and exploitation experienced by outsourcing workers starting from the beginning of the process of signing a work agreement, an extended work agreement every 1 year and having occured 7 times in a row, not getting a copy of the work agreement, not getting various social guarantees at the Organizers Of The Social Security Employment, late payment of wages up to 10 days each month, deductions from salary wages of 50%, overtime wagesare never issued, only receive a portion of the Holidays Allowance, as long as 7 years of work only get 1 work uniform, then there is no supervision either from the main company or the Department of Manpower and Transmigration, and furthermore, there is an unclear throwing of responsibility from both the Regional Manpower and Transmigration and the Provincial Manpower and Transmigration Office for prosecution of companies there is fraud which causes structural victimization of basic labor rights outsourcing which creates economic inequality between outsourcing workers and permanent workers which leads to conflict.
