Abstract

Coordination of the Village Head with Community Empowerment Institutions (LPM) in Development in Sialang Sakti Village, Tenayan Raya District Abstract Aufa Rifki Keywords: Coordination, Kelurahan, Development The substance regarding the coordination of the village head with community empowerment institutions (LPM) in development in the Sialang Sakti sub-district, Tenayan Raya subdistrict, is how the coordination between the village head and the community empowerment agency (LPM) can be carried out well in the development sector. The purpose of this study was to analyze the coordination of the village head with the Community Empowerment Institution (LPM) in development in Sialang Sakti Village, Tenayan Raya District. This research method is to use a qualitative method. As for the key informants in this study were elements of the Kelurahan Government, and the information in this study were Community Empowerment Institutions, social or community organizations, community leaders, women's organizations, youth organizations. The results of the research are that there are obstacles, namely the unavailability of development data that is structured systematically and accurately so that it monitors in sustainable development planning, The implementation of monitoring and evaluation programs that run with planning documents is not optimal. The community's role is not optimal in the development planning process. Lack of communication between the village head and the community empowerment agency (LPM) and between the community, so that development has not been realized. In the implementation of the government, the coordination that has been established has not been maintained, so that in its implementation the village government is more transparent to the community about the coordination of the government in the sialang sakti village. Maintain every community participation in the assessment so that its implementation always involves the community. Planning is more transparent so that people are more aware of the development planned by the government, especially in physical terms.
