Abstract

Creativity is the ability that owned by each student to produce creative and innovative ideas, then it plays important role in solving the problem. Therefore, in teaching and learning process, it has to more effective learning method in order to create athmosphere that can give the affectivesness for students especially on moral subject by implementing sociodrama method. This method in Islamic education subject is one of the method in presenting the islamic material by dramatic material in social acting between students depend on the learning competences that already determined till the students have understanding and maximum character. The formulation of in this reseach is “ is there any significant of implemetation of sociodrama method in improving Students’ Creativity on Moral Subject at Mts. Miftahul Hidayah Pekanbaru. The purpose of this reseach is to investigate the implemetation of sociodrama method in improving Students’ Creativity at grade VII on Moral Subject at Mts. Miftahul Hidayah Pekanbaru. This reseach is descriptive method with use action reseach that used in 2 circles. Subects in this reseach are grade VII students that consist of 35 males students. Data that collection is taken by the result of the last circle and data observation about students’ learning activity by using sociodrama method. The result of this reseach shows in the first condition, the students’ creativity is 54%. In the first circle, the students’ creativity increase till 74% dan at the second circle increase till 88%. Based on the result, it can concluded that the implemetation of sociodrama method can increase students’ creativity on moral subject at VII grade students at Mts. Miftahul Hidayah Pekanbaru.
