Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of trade partnerships in the village economy for savings and loans (UED-SP) in improving the economy of the community in Tanah Datar village, Kunto Darusalam sub-district, Rokan Hulu district and to find out the constraints of trading factors in Village Economic Savings and Loans. (UED-SP). Improving the Community Economy in Tanah Datar Village, Kunto Darusalam Regency, Rokan Hulu Regency. The guidelines for assessing the implementation of the Village Economic Business Enterprises Savings and Commercial Partnership Loans (UED-SP) include basic standards and objectives, resources, relationships between organizations, characteristics of the executing agency, social, political and economic conditions, and executors. Qualitative descriptive methods that explain prevailing events. The investigation was carried out in Tanah Datar Village, Kunto Darusalam Regency, Rokan Hulu Regency. There are 5 populations and samples in this study, namely the Head of the Village 1 person and the Chairperson (UED-SP) of the Commercial Partnership, amounting to 1 person, then 1 person in charge, 1 staff of credit analysis, Members who made loans in 2020 44 people as the sample. are in such a friendly meeting. The technique used in this investigation is the sissy technique, which is the entire population used as the study sample on the grounds that the number is rather small and in one place, while members who make loans in 2020 use the incidental sampling technique, which is selecting samples at times. at the location of the investigation by reason of the large number of respondents. Types and data collection techniques consisted of primary data collected by means of search and friendly encounters and secondary data using observational techniques. Data analysis in this study is to use qualitative methods with descriptive analysis techniques, namely to explain and summarize the circumstances of the situation in the object of study, based on this analysis, the reviewer concludes that the implementation of Village Economic Business Savings and Business Loans (UED-SP) is in the Implemented Advice category that needs to be considered, especially regarding supervision and potential customers who should be given a loan, and who should not be given a loan.
