Abstract
The Betung Village Government has implemented Village Infrastructure Development. Implementation of Infrastructure Development carried out by the Betung Village Government has implemented various Betung Village development programs. Community welfare can be seen from the physical condition of the area regarding the facilities provided by the village government. The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of village infrastructure development in Betung village, Pangkalan Kuras district, Pelalawan district, to find out the factors that became an obstacle in the implementation of village infrastructure development in Betung village, Pangkalan Kuras district, Pelalawan district. This research uses quantitative research meth ods, it is carried out by interviewing and distributing questionnaires and direct observations, the lack of openness of the Betung Village Government to the community so that many of the people do not know what programs have been implemented by the Village Government and poor resources so that the implementation of development Village infrastructure is less than optimal then the supporting factors are being given the freedom to participate and financial support in the successful implementation of village infrastructure development and carried out according to what is needed by the community.
