Abstract

This research aim to know how implementation by law of town pekanbaru of number 7 year 2012 about permit retribution found building. Indicator assessment of utilizet implementation cover comunications, resourch, attitude/dispotion, bureaucracy structure. Research type which is have location to in District Of Looker Town of Pekanbaru is mix methods, which is a rare research by combining two forms of approaches in research, namely qualitative and quantitative. There are two population group and of sample at this research that is officer amount to 13 society and people amounting to 9 people. Society in this case is society owning IMB. society which do not have IMB ∞. Big sample which in specifying from both this population group is 5 and 17 people. Technique which is used in determining individual of sample is, sensus , technique of purposive sampling and technique of rendom sampling. Type and used to data collecting technique consist of, primary data collected by using technique enlist interview and kuissoiner and also data of sekunder collected use ovservation technique. Whereas technique analyse data the utilized is by utilizing appliance assist the thetablles of freequency. Pursuant to technique analyse this researcher assess and conclude that implementation at assess ment International enough implementation because of responder answer and field fact indicat that still money building him which not owned IMB and from on duty town planalogy and building seldown control and our building direct vision to be woke up and also which have been woke up.
