Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of the basic rules relating to environmental damage to mangrove forests that occur in Bantan subdistrict and also describe the obstacles in its implementation. This study uses the Quantative method with Descriptive Analysis Techniques, this paper describes the conditions in the objects found in the field based on data data relating to problems that exist in Bengkalis Regency relating to Mangrove Forest Damage, with Questionnaires and Interviews as Data collection tools, and Data collected then presented as the main raw material for analyzing the empirical conditions and objectivity of existence and research objectives in the studied location. There were 5 groups as objects in the writing study consisting of Primary Data which were obtained through research tools in the form of questionnaires, and Interview Lists, and Secondary Data obtained by means of frequency tables in accordance with the results of the study concluded that mangrove forest damage was treated in Bengkalis Regency Categorized Good / Implemented, But where there is still a Lack of Public Awareness in Complying with the Rules that have been made by the Government
