Abstract

One factor that motivated in this study was many of people who came to Devision of Hajj and Umroh Ministry of Religion Office Pekanbaru. One factor which cause many of people who came to were service and people satisfaction. The formulation problem in this study how was the influence of service on people satisfaction at devision of Hajj and Umroh Ministry of Religion Office. The purpose in this study was to find out the influence of service on people satisfaction at devision of Hajj and Umroh Ministry of Religion Office Pekanbaru. Subject in this study were people who came to Devision of Hajj and Umroh Ministry of Religion Office Pekanbaru and object in this study was the influence of service on people satisfaction. The sources of data that used in this study were pimary and secondary data. In taking sample, it used incidental sampling, while in collecting data, it used questionnaire. In analyzing data, it used quantitative method. In analyzing data, it used simple regression linear while in calculating data, it used SPSS for windows 23 version. Total samples in this study were 91 people . The result in this study indicates there is significant influence of service on people satisfaction. It can be seen from T calculating (12,169)>T table (1.986), X (Service) variable influence on Y(people satisfaction) variable. While the influence of service on people satisfaction has strong correlation that can be seen from coeficient correlation was 0.790. while determination coeficient was 0.625. It means the influence of service on people satisfaction is 62.5% andothers is 37.5% inluence by other variables.
