Abstract

The objective of this study was to know the students’ perception on the quality of service at Faculty of Islamic religion after achieving ISO 9001:2015. The formulation of problem in this study was how do the students’ perception on the quality of service at Faculty of Islamic religion after achieving ISO 9001:2015. This is qualitative study with primary and secondary data. Population in this study were active students at academic year in 2016-2018 with the total numbers 901 students and total samples were 90 students. In taking the samples, it used Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. In collecting data, it used questionnaire. From the 90 respondents, 1400 students stated srongly agree with the percentage 25.92%, then, respondents stated agree were 2708 with the percentage 48,74%, respondents who stated neutral were 795 or 14.31%, while 54 respondents or 0.97% of respondents stated with disagree and last 3 respondents or 0.05% stated with strongly disagree. Based on data analysis and the result of this study, it showed the average of this study was 357 is placed with agree that means students’ perception on the quality of service at Faculty of Islamic religion after achieving ISO 9001:2015 is agree.
