Abstract
The purpose of this research is to find out and explain the implementation of activities in the field of empowerment in the Maju Inhil Jaya Village Program (DMIJ) in Kuala Lemang Village, Kacan Keritang, Indargiri Hilir District in 2019. This research was conducted in the village of Kuala Lemang. crab district. The problem in this research is how the activities and what are the obstacles of the activities in the field of empowerment in the Inhil Jaya Advanced Village Program (DMIJ) in Kuala Lemang Village, Keritang District, Indragiri Downstream District. The data collection techniques that the writer uses in this research are questionnaire, interview, observation and documentation techniques. This type of research used in this research is descriptive using a quantitative approach. In this study the authors used a Likert scale measurement technique. The number of samples as many as 113 people, taken from the village apparatus and the community. The results of this study show that the implementation of activities in the field of empowerment in the Inhil Jaya Advanced Village Program (DMIJ) in Kuala Lemang Village, Keritang Subdistrict, Indragiri Downstream Regency in 2019 is running quite well in the sense that there are still many things that need attention. and improved in empowerment activities in the Inhil Jaya Advanced Village Program (DMIJ)
