Abstract

The marine and fishery sector has an important contribution in the development of the nation. The potential of small islands and border areas in Indonesia that are so large can actually be utilized as one of the drivers of national economic growth. Natuna SKPT development will be realized with the development plan of infrastructure and infrastructure supporting marine and fishery activities. SKPT has the potential to increase fishery catching and processing activities in Natuna Regency. One of the main components of SKPT is the Construction and Development of Facilities and Infrastructure, Facilities and infrastructure will support the overall production process of marine and fishery businesses. One type of facilities and infrastructure in question is the procurement of fleets of ships and fishing gear. This study aims to find out the evaluation picture of the implementation of Integrated Marine and Fisheries Center Program in Fishermen Cooperative of North Bunguran District, Natuna Regency. The problem in the research is the mistargeting of skpt aid ship recipients, the lack of utilization of SKPT assistance vessels by fishermen. In uncovering this problem, researchers used quantitative methods with data collection techniques in questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation. The results showed that the evaluation of the implementation of Integrated Marine and Fisheries Center Program in Fishermen Cooperative of North Bunguran District, Natuna Regency is running quite well in the sense that there is still much to be considered and improved according to the established mechanism. Such as Fishermen's Cooperative officers who must actually register the cooperative members who are entitled or do not receive aid boats so that there is no data error, and the implementer evaluates the assistance that will be distributed in order to be utilized to the maximum by fishermen.
