Abstract
This study aims to determine the results of the implementation of the duties of the Village-Owned Enterprise Management in Supervision of Business Development and Community Economy and the inhibiting factors in the Implementation of the Duties of Village-Owned Enterprises Management in Supervision of Business Development and Community Economy in Kota Raya Village, Kunto Darussalam District, Rokan Hulu Regency. The research variable is implementation, namely the implementation of the duties of the BUMDes management. This type of research is qualitative and quantitative research with descriptive methods. The location of this research is in the village of Kota Raya, Kunto Darussalam District, Rokan Hulu Regency. The informants in this study were one supervisor, one director, one treasurer, two unit heads and one village head, while the research respondents were 100 active members of BUMDes. The research data comes from primary data obtained through interviews and questionnaires, where the research results were analyzed descriptively. Based on the results of the research, it is known that the implementation of the duties of the Village-Owned Enterprises management in supervising business development and community economy in Kota Raya Village, Kunto Darussalam District, Rokan Hulu Regency is quite accomplished. The form of implementation of duties is in the form of setting standards to be achieved, measuring the implementation of BUMDes performance, comparing performance according to the planned standards and taking corrective action which is known to have been sufficiently implemented.
