Abstract

The location of this research is at PT. Kelian Mitra Karya (Platinum Warehouse) having its address at Jalan Air Hitam / Siak 2, Platinum Warehouse Warehouse E20 Block Pekanbaru city of Riau Province. While the sample in this study amounted to 40 people using the census method. The analysis in this study uses multiple linear regression. Based on the results of research in which the R Square value of 0.767 explains the employee's performance can be explained by workload and work stress of 76.70% while the remaining 33.30% is influenced by other variables not used in this study. Workload and work stress have an influence on employee performance at PT. Kelian Mitra Karya (Platinum Warehousing) Pekanbaru with calculated F value (65,150)> F table (3.25) with Sig. (0,000) <0.05. While the epsilon coefficient value is 0.470. This shows that other variables studied outside the variable workload, work stress and employee performance are below 0.5.
