Abstract
Service is basically defined as the activity of a person, group and or organization either directly or indirectly to meet needs. This study aims to determine the Analysis of Passport Making Services at the Class II Immigration Office of Selatpanjang Kab. Meranti Islands. Where Service Analysis is measured 6 indicators, namely: Service Procedures, Completion Period, Service Costs, Service Products, Facilities and Infrastructure, and Officer Competence. This type of research is using a descriptive type which is carried out by means of a survey by prioritizing the questionnaire list as a data collection tool. This research uses quantitative methods. The location of this research is located at the Class II Selat Panjang Immigration Office, Kab. Meranti Islands. Types and data collection techniques used consisted of primary data which was collected through research tools in the form of questionnaires, interview lists and secondary data collected using table aids. The results of this study indicate that the indicators of service procedures, completion period, service costs, service products, facilities and infrastructure and employee competencies are in the sufficiently implemented category.
