Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of objective evaluation of services for managing marriage certificates at the Office of Religious Affairs in Kampar Kiri Subdistrict, Kampar District. Service evaluation indicators used include Service Procedure, Settlement Time, Service Costs, Service Products, Service Facilities and Infrastructure, Competence of Service Provider Officers. The type of research located in the Kampar Kiri Subdistrict Office of Religious Affairs in Kampar District is a descriptive survey, with a quantitative method prioritizing questionnaires as a means of collecting data and data collected with this tool which is then used as the main raw material for analyzing empirical conditions of the objectives of the research objectives. careful. There are two groups, namely population and sample in this study which consists of the Head of KUA which amounts to 1 person, Kasi Recording and Kasi Registration totaling 1 person, Staff totaling 1 person and the Youth leader totaling 1 person also, then the number of people who have done the management of marriage certificates throughout 2014-2017 was recorded at 258 pairs. The community in this case are those who have managed the marriage certificate at the Office of Religious Affairs in Kampar Kiri Subdistrict, Kampar Regency. The sample size determined from the two population groups is 4 employees and 24 people who have arranged the marriage certificate. The two sampling techniques used in determining individual samples are census techniques for the employee population and incidental sampling techniques for the population of the number of people who have managed the marriage certificate. The types and data collection techniques used consist of, primary data collected using questionnaire and interview list techniques and secondary data collected using observation techniques. While the data analysis technique used is by using a table frequency instrument. Based on this analytical technique the researcher assesses and concludes that Evaluation of Services for Arranging Marriage Letters at the Office of Religious Affairs of Kampar Kiri Subdistrict of Kampar Regency is at a good interval. Recommendations that need to be considered are mainly related to the amount of fees raised by the Kampar Kiri Subdistrict Office of Religious Affairs in the Kampar District to the people who manage the marriage certificate.
