Abstract

Health in Indonesia is one of the rights that must be owned by every citizen. In Law No. 36 of 2009 on Health, stipulates that health is a human right and one of the elements of welfare that must be realized in accordance with the ideals of the Indonesian nation as referred to in Pancasila. In order for the population to live a healthy life, a good health service is needed. In this problem the government makes health care facilities that are very important puskesmas is as a technical implementing institution, puskesmas are required to have the ability to improve the quality of health services. Puskesmas is a health care facility that organizes public health efforts and first-rate individual health efforts. This study aims to find out an overview of the quality of health services at the Sidomulyo Inpatient Health Center. The problem in the study is the lack of human resources that do not match the number of patients, has not provided a mandatory facility room, namely a corner room breast milk. In uncovering this problem, researchers used quantitative methods with data collection techniques in questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation. The results showed that the health services in Sidomulyo Inpatient Health Center in Tampan subdistrict are running quite well in the sense that there is still much to be considered and improved according to the established mechanisms. Such as health care officers must follow the Standard Operational Procedures set so that the quality of service in accordance with the expectations of the community.
