Abstract

This research was motivated by the development of health services as an extension of goverment in increasing the health need in society one of them is hospital. This is causality research. The sources of data were primary and secondary data. Population in this research were all patients at Islamic Ibnu sina hospital Pekanbaru in year 2018 with the total number were 121.398 people. In taking sample, it used simple random sampling. In collecting data, it used questionnaire and documentation. In analysing quantitative and qualitative data, it used multiple regression linear where in calculating by using SPSS for windows 23.0. The result of this study indicates that the factors that influence patients‟ interest in choosing health service at Islamic Ibnu sina hospital were cultural factor was 2.083, social factors was 4.204 and mix marketing was 6.815. From three dependent variables that has significant on patients‟ interest can be seen from F calculation higher than F table (74.773 > 2,31). From six dependent variables, the dominant factor which influence patients‟ interest in choosing health services at Islamic Ibnu sina hospital was mix marketing (X6) which can be seen from t calculating > t table 6.815>1.662, with significant level was 0.05 where sig 0.000<0.05. In general, it can be concluded that cultural, social and mix marketing factors have been given significant influence on patients in taking decision at Islamic Ibnu Sina hospital.
