Therefore, hospitals are required to provide quality services according to established standards and can reach all levels of society as well as the services provided by the Duri Regional General Hospital Emergency Room. This study aims to determine, analyze and explain the Emergency Room Service (IGD) at the Duri Regional General Hospital, Bengkalis Regency. The sampling technique for the Head of the Emergency Room and the attending physician uses a census, for employees using purposive sampling, and for the community using incidental sampling. Meanwhile, the theory used in this study is using the Vincent Gaspersz theory with 6 indicators, namely: Timeliness of service, accuracy of service, courtesy and friendliness in providing services, responsibility, completeness and ease of getting services. After all data were analyzed using quantitative methods, the results of the analysis of services in the Emergency Room of the Duri General Hospital, Bengkalis Regency were said to be "Good Enough", both in terms of distributing questionnaires, interviews, and researcher observations.
