Abstract
Café or restaurant has become an inseparable part of human life and has become a necessity. One of the cafes or restaurants that feel the competition is Parsley Kitcen Pekanbaru. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Atmosphere and Service Quality on Consumer Satisfaction. The population in this study were 99 consumers of kitchen parsley in Pekanbaru using the Slovin formula. This study uses a quantitative method with the method of observation, questionnaires and documentation. The sampling technique used in this study is Accidental Sampling, The results of the t test in this study showed that the atmosphere (X1) with t count (3,810) > t table (1,984) with sig (0,000) < 0,05 and service quality (X2) with t count (25,533) > t table (1,984 ) with sig (0.000) < 0.05 . It can be concluded that the atmosphere (X1) and service quality (X2) have a significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y). And reliability is above 0.60 which means reliable. Then, the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.873 or rounded to 87.3% meaning that the atmosphere (X1) and service quality (X2) affect consumer satisfaction (Y), while the remaining 12.7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. this research.
