Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the relationship on the job training with the performance of employees at PT BPR Unisritama Pekanbaru.This type of research is a survey research with a quantitative approach.The sampling technique used is simple random sampling with a total sample of 22 respondents.The data used are questionnaires,observation,interviews and documentation.The results of the research obtained through descriptive analysis show that the average respondent assesses that the implementation of on the job training by the company is in the good category and the employee performance at PT. BPR Unisritama is also considered to be in the good category.Based on the results of the correlation test, it shows there is a strong relationship between on the job training and employee performance with a correlation coefficient value of 0.775 and an R Square value of 0.601 or 60.1%, which is the magnitude of the influence on the job training on employee performance at PT BPR Unisritama Pekanbaru.While the rest is equal to 39.9% is determined by other factors which are not discussed in this study.
