Abstract

Employee job satisfaction is one form of giving to companies in the form of salary increases, positions and bonuses. Providing job satisfaction for employees by Hotel Mona Plaza Pekanbaru City, starting from salary increases, positions to giving annual bonuses as well as placement of employees' abilities according to their fields so that employees are not motivated to work harder. This study aims to determine the Analysis of Employee Satisfaction at Hotel Mona Plaza Pekanbaru City and Inhibiting Factors in Its Application. The research method used is descriptive quantitative, where the data collection technique used is by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis technique uses an interactive analytical model, which is to reduce the data that has been collected and then presented in tabular form and then draw conclusions. From the results of the study, it is known that Employee Job Satisfaction at Hotel Mona Plaza, Pekanbaru City has not been felt by employees where there is no equal distribution of rewards for each employee who achieves, but there is an element of closeness to superiors. so that employees are less enthusiastic at work so that employee performance is less than optimal. However, the authors suggest to Hotel Mona Plaza, Pekanbaru City to provide equal distribution of salary increases, positions and work bonuses for each employee who has high achievement and work discipline, and Hotel Mona Plaza Pekanbaru City must hold an open meeting for employees to submit complaints and submit. employee input. can be evaluated for future improvements, and Mona Plaza Hotel Pekanbaru City must cooperate more with each employee so that work performance can be carried out optimally.
