Abstract
Seeing the condition of nyang happening in the middle - middle of the community which is being experiencing all the shortcomings, both material and moral, therefore Meranti Regency holds a program that can help the community to do business in accordance with ability them but no burdensome m they are in financial terms wishful thinking. Village Economic Business Funds Save Borrowing (UED - SP) originating from the Inpres of village development assistance which is Sharing Budg et APBD Riau Province continues scrolling to the people in Meranti Islands Regency, especially in Alahair Village East of Tebing Tinggi District. From the age of the member who gets the funds Village Economy Business Loan Savings and Loans (UED - SP) mostly brumur 35 to 50 years old, but with age they are no longer young but still can categorized as workforce y who is still productive. See from level the education of the average members - the average is only elementary school graduate or 47.06%. Member's capital before getting a loan is very small that is between Rp .500,000, up to 10,000,000. but after getting a loan capital the number of members increased, ranging from Rp. 1,000,000 to above Rp.20,000,000, so the members are editable that they receive from The Riau Province budget is very helpful for them to improve income and welfare the member. Most income members before receiving a loan from the Village Economy Savings and Loans Business (UED - SP) from the Riau Province APBD is even - average under Rp. 3,000,000, and after get a loan income most of the members rat a - flat 9,000,000. That is, Village Economy Savings and Loans (UED) loans - SP) enough give a positive influence on increasing income of members in the village Alahair For this reason a program like this must be maintained and enhanced by Kabupante government n Meranti Islands until there are no more people in Meranti Islands Regency flow We struggle in terms of capital. This is a very good step for the government to be able to improve the welfare of the members of Sim Village Economic Business pan P tamarind (UED - SP) which It is in Desa Alahair Timur, Tebing Tinggi District in particular at Regency of Meranti Islands.
