Abstract
This study is to determine the effect of service quality on consumer satisfaction at Planet Swalayan, Marpoyan Damai District, Pekanbaru. In Increasing Consumers. Service Quality Assessment Indicators in Increasing Consumer Satisfaction This research is located on Jalan Kaharudin Nasution, Simpang Tiga, Marpoyan Damai District, Pekanbaru City, Riau Province. This research method uses a descriptive survey, namely prioritizing the list of questionnaires as a data collection tool. Quantitative method The sample in this study amounted to 25 employees of Planet Swalayan. The technique of taking samples of Planet SelfService Employees Using the Census. Based on the results of the analysis of this study, it can be concluded that the influence of service quality on consumer satisfaction at Planet Swalayan, Marpoyan Damai District, Pekanbaru is categorized as good. in Service Quality Towards Consumer Satisfaction.
